Kate Clare provides service to you subject to the following terms.  Please note that these terms may be updated by us at any time, without notice.  All uses of this website (including those who contribute information, ideas, and other materials or services to this website) must adhere to these terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

By using and/or visiting the kateclare.com website or any other websites or pages owned or controlled by Kate Clare (collectively the “Website”), you consent to both these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.  Kate Clare cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.

ORDER TIMELINE

HOURS OF OPERATIONS

Kate Clare is currently open for enquiries and fulfilment of orders:
Monday – Friday = 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Australian Public Holidays = CLOSED

Times above are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)

Correspondence may be answered intermittently during closed hours.
Though we endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, please allow 1 full business day for responses to email enquiries.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Printable Designs/Proofs – 1 Business Day
Per Additional Proof – 1 Business Day per Proof

Turnaround times can change at any time without notice and will be updated as required on our website in our terms page.

Up to 2 additional proofs are included for party invitations and up to 4 additional proofs are included for wedding invitations – any proofs required after this time will incur an additional charge of $5 proof that will be payable PRIOR to any further work being completed.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than this, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

MADE TO ORDER VS. READY TO EMAIL

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to email or if the product is ordered before it’s personalised and emailed.
Both are designed by our company, but the pre-made can be email ready while the made-to-order products take up to 1 business day to be created for you.

The personalised product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% made to order.

SHIPPING

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All of our digital products are sent as ‘ready to print’ files via the email address that you supply at checkout.
Your order will be emailed via the orders@kateclare.com email address – to ensure that you receive the emails in a timely matter, we recommend that your add this email address to your safe list.

All orders will be delivered within the specified turnaround times – should you find that you’ve yet to receive your order and upon checking your spam/junk folder, please contact us and quote your order number and we will happily forward through the original message.

Because our files are supplied to you ‘ready to print’ we deem all files ‘APPROVED’ if no contact has been made within 3 business days of receiving the initial email containing your personalised files – any changes required after this time period will be classified as a new purchase, and therefore another order will need to be created and paid for.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, due the personalised and digital nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds of our products once the completed order has been emailed.

Be sure to check your file for any spelling errors, name mis-spellings or missing information – Kate Clare can’t be held responsible for any associated costs due to errors noticed after the order has been submitted and approved.

As our client, it is your responsibility to check that all spellings and details are correct at the time of purchase as well as before printing the final product – if an error is found we are happy to correct that error as required (up to 2 revisions are included for party invitations and up to 4 revisions for wedding stationery).

Due to the personalised nature and the time involved we can’t accept cancellations or refunds due to change of mind once a proof/printable files have been received/approved. If you choose to cancel the order after you’ve already received your personalised file, you understand that no monies will be refunded to you.

PHOTOGRAPHS

We require 300dpi high resolution jpeg format photos – any photos supplied to us not in the requirements stipulated can’t be guaranteed to print properly, and Kate Clare can’t be held responsible for printing costs associated with poor photo quality.

By supplying photos to Kate Clare, you acknowledge that you have the rights to and own the copyright to use the photos supplied – for professional photos, we suggest contacting your photographer to ensure that you are able to use the photos for your invitation designs.

CUSTOMIZATION

My designs are specifically engineered based on the basic wording required for an invitation (such as name of guest of honour, date/time/location of event and RSVP details etc. Therefore any additional wording that you require on top of the wording shown in the design pictures will require me to work on the design to be able to meet your wording addition requirements – though this can be done please be aware that AN ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEE OF $5 will be payable PRIOR to work beginning on your project.

COLOUR ON SCREEN VS. PRINTED COLOURS

Because different monitors have different settings, are calibrated differently or the printers used have different saturations than on the screen, your printed product may look different to what it appears to on screen – we ALWAYS recommend that you print a sample print on the card that you’re looking at to ensure that you’re happy with the finished look prior to printing all invitations.

Please note, that Kate Clare can’t be held responsible for printing costs associated with the differing monitors or printers used to print your completed designs.

TERMS OF USE

All of our designs are for personal, one-time use only. Mass production, commercial use, file sharing and selling of these files is not permitted without prior written consent from Kate Clare. All rights reserved by Kate Clare.
